Terms of Service.

WATCH DESIGN ACADEMY provides online education in professional watch design, CAD modeling, 3D rendering, CGI, and video animation. Selected programs also include personal coaching and manufacturing-related resources.

The specific content, features, and services included in each program are described on the applicable enrollment page.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement or obtain any required parental or guardian authorization to purchase our services.

When creating a student account, you agree to provide accurate registration information and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• Student accounts are intended for individual use.
• Account credentials must not be shared with unauthorized individuals.
• You are responsible for activities carried out through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
• You must notify us if you suspect unauthorized account access.

We may take proportionate action against accounts involved in fraud, unauthorized sharing, or material violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

WATCH DESIGN ACADEMY currently offers two principal educational programs: PRO and EXPERT.

The prices above describe our published standard program prices as of the date of these Terms. The price, taxes, and services applicable to your purchase will be confirmed during checkout.

Program features may be updated over time. We will not materially reduce the core services already purchased without providing an appropriate remedy where required by law.

Program purchases are generally made through a one-time payment, unless a different payment arrangement is expressly offered at checkout.

• All applicable charges will be disclosed before an order is placed.
• Payment must be successfully authorized before enrollment is confirmed.
• Payments may be handled by secure third-party payment providers.
• Any applicable taxes will be displayed or explained during checkout.
• Additional software or equipment costs are not included unless expressly stated.

SolidWorks is purchased separately. Any estimated third-party software pricing shown on our website is informational and may change.

We may change prices for future enrollments. Price changes do not retroactively alter completed purchases.

Programs advertised with lifetime course access provide continued access to the purchased course materials for the operational lifetime of WATCH DESIGN ACADEMY's relevant educational platform, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

Lifetime access does not mean access for the lifetime of the student, nor does it guarantee that any particular software, hosting provider, or platform will operate indefinitely.

We may maintain, update, reorganize, or replace course materials and delivery technology as reasonably necessary to operate our services.

Where a material service change affects purchased access, applicable consumer rights and remedies remain unaffected.

The EXPERT program includes a total of eight hours of private coaching, consisting of:

• 4 hours of watch design coaching with Dominik.
• 4 hours of CGI and animation coaching with Mihael.

All included coaching sessions must be scheduled and completed within 365 days of the original enrollment date.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, unused sessions expire after this period and cannot be transferred, carried forward, exchanged for cash, or redeemed at a later date.

Students are responsible for requesting and scheduling sessions sufficiently in advance. Scheduling remains subject to reasonable instructor availability.

If WATCH DESIGN ACADEMY is unable to provide an included coaching session within the applicable period despite a timely and reasonable scheduling request, we will work with the student to provide an appropriate solution.

Academy course access remains separate from coaching availability and continues under the applicable lifetime access terms.

Refunds, cancellations, and withdrawal requests are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and any additional refund terms expressly provided at checkout.

Consumers in the European Union generally have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right for qualifying distance contracts, subject to applicable exceptions.

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the statutory withdrawal right may be lost once supply begins only where the applicable legal conditions are met, including any required prior express consent, acknowledgment, and contractual confirmation.

For services such as coaching, different withdrawal rules may apply, including rules concerning services started during the withdrawal period and services fully performed.

Merely purchasing a program or receiving login credentials does not automatically remove statutory withdrawal rights.

To request a refund or exercise a statutory withdrawal right, please submit a request through our website contact form.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Course videos, instructional materials, demonstrations, graphics, documents, templates, website content, and other original educational resources are owned by WATCH DESIGN ACADEMY or used under appropriate licenses.

Purchasing a program grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the included materials for your own learning and permitted professional activities.

Unless expressly authorized, you may not:

• Redistribute or resell course videos or materials.
• Share paid course access with unauthorized individuals.
• Upload course materials to public file-sharing services.
• Republish instructional content as your own educational product.
• Remove copyright or ownership notices.
• Reproduce or commercially distribute substantial portions of our proprietary teaching materials.

These restrictions do not prevent you from applying the skills learned through our courses to your own original watch design projects.

Students may use the knowledge, techniques, and skills acquired through WATCH DESIGN ACADEMY to develop their own original watch designs and commercial projects.

Students generally retain ownership of original work they independently create, subject to third-party intellectual property rights and any separate agreements.

Access to our courses does not grant ownership of our instructional content, proprietary templates, trademarks, or other protected Academy materials.

Students are responsible for ensuring their designs do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

Our educational programs may demonstrate software including SolidWorks, KeyShot, Adobe Photoshop, and other design or rendering tools.

Software availability, licensing, system requirements, and third-party subscription fees may change independently of WATCH DESIGN ACADEMY.

Where software access or resources are advertised as included in a purchased program, the applicable enrollment description determines what is provided.

Students must comply with the relevant software providers' licensing terms and applicable laws.

We do not guarantee the continued availability, compatibility, or pricing of third-party software.

Selected programs may include access to manufacturer contacts or manufacturing-related resources.

These resources are provided for educational and business development purposes.

Access to a manufacturer network does not guarantee that a manufacturer will accept a project, provide a quotation, meet a deadline, or enter into a business relationship.

Any manufacturing agreement entered into by a student and an independent manufacturer is separate from the student's enrollment with WATCH DESIGN ACADEMY.

Students should independently evaluate suppliers, pricing, technical capabilities, quality standards, and contractual terms.

WATCH DESIGN ACADEMY provides educational instruction, practical demonstrations, and professional guidance intended to help students develop watch design skills.

Individual results depend on factors including experience, practice, available resources, software proficiency, and project requirements.

We do not guarantee that completing a program will result in employment, a particular income, successful product manufacturing, or commercial business success.

Students remain responsible for their own design decisions, technical verification, manufacturing arrangements, and business activities.

Students must use Academy services responsibly and respect other members, instructors, and staff.

Prohibited conduct includes:

• Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior.
• Fraudulent account or payment activity.
• Unauthorized distribution of paid content.
• Attempts to compromise website or account security.
• Unlawful use of Academy resources.
• Repeated or serious disruption of student communities or coaching services.

We may take reasonable, proportionate measures in response to violations, including warnings, restrictions, or account suspension, subject to applicable legal requirements.

We aim to maintain reliable access to our educational platform and course materials.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, software updates, hosting issues, security incidents, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may improve or reorganize educational content and platform features over time.

Any changes affecting contractual services will be handled in accordance with applicable law, including relevant digital content and consumer protection requirements.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, WATCH DESIGN ACADEMY is not responsible for indirect or consequential commercial losses arising from a student's independent business decisions or third-party manufacturing arrangements.

We do not assume responsibility for third-party software defects, supplier performance, or commercial outcomes beyond our contractual obligations.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, including mandatory consumer rights and remedies.

We may suspend or terminate access where there is a lawful and proportionate reason, including serious violations of these Terms, fraud, or security threats.

Where appropriate and reasonably possible, we may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before taking further action.

Any termination will be subject to applicable contractual and statutory rights, including rights concerning purchased digital content and refunds.

Personal information collected through our website and educational services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in a consumer's country of habitual residence.

If a dispute arises, we encourage students to contact us first through our website contact form so that we can attempt to resolve the matter.

Nothing in these Terms restricts any mandatory rights concerning jurisdiction, consumer remedies, or access to competent courts and dispute resolution procedures.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, operational requirements, or applicable legislation.

Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised date.

Changes will not retroactively remove existing contractual rights. Where legally required, we will provide notice or obtain agreement before changes take effect.
